Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of all services provided by Solace Servers. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
1Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to:
- Host, distribute, or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any illegal content.
- Launch, facilitate, or assist DDoS attacks, botnets, or any form of attack against external systems.
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or phishing communications.
- Mine cryptocurrency or run resource-intensive activities unrelated to hosting.
- Host or distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, or trojans.
- Conduct port scanning or network reconnaissance of systems you do not own.
- Distribute copyright-infringing material (pirated games, software, media).
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
2Resource Usage
Your server is allocated specific CPU, RAM, and storage resources per your plan. You agree not to:
- Intentionally consume resources beyond your allocated limits.
- Run processes unrelated to the hosting purpose of your plan.
- Use automated tools to artificially inflate resource usage.
We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate services causing abnormal resource consumption that impacts other customers.
3Network Conduct
You must not use our network to conduct DDoS attacks, SYN floods, or amplification attacks; operate open proxies or Tor exit nodes; engage in IP spoofing; or attempt to access other customers' servers or data.
Zero Tolerance: Using our services to attack other networks will result in immediate permanent termination without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.
4Game Server Rules
For game server hosting, you must not:
- Run cheats or exploit code intended to disrupt other players on external servers.
- Host servers violating the game developer's Terms of Service.
- Operate real-money gambling servers without appropriate licensing.
- Use server resources to host content unrelated to the intended game service.

Report violations immediately via:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating this AUP with or without prior notice, cooperate with law enforcement, and pursue legal action where appropriate. Accounts suspended for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds.
