Minecraft hosting questions
How much RAM does a Minecraft server need?
Vanilla with a few friends runs well on 2GB. A Paper server with plugins for a small community is happiest on 4–6GB. Most modpacks want 8GB, and heavy packs like All the Mods or RLCraft do best on 10–12GB. Use the RAM helper above to get a recommendation.
Can Bedrock players join my Java server?
Yes. Pick the Purpur + Geyser + Floodgate option at checkout and Bedrock players on phones, consoles and Windows can join the same world as Java players. You can also run a standalone Bedrock Dedicated server.
Which server software can I run?
Vanilla, Paper, Purpur (with Geyser & Floodgate), Spigot, Fabric, Quilt, Forge, NeoForge, Mohist, Sponge, Bedrock, plus Velocity, BungeeCord and Waterfall proxies for networks. You choose at checkout and can change it later.
Can I run modpacks like All the Mods or RLCraft?
Yes. Forge, NeoForge, Fabric and Quilt are all supported. Upload your pack’s server files through SFTP or the file manager, and our team can help in a ticket if you get stuck.
How fast is setup?
Your server is created automatically as soon as your order is paid, usually within a few minutes. Your panel login is in your welcome email.
Are there player slot limits?
No hard slot limits. The player counts on each plan are guidance for a smooth experience. What really decides it is your RAM, your plugins or mods, and your view distance.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes. Always-on DDoS protection is included on every plan at no extra cost.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade RAM or storage from the billing panel anytime. Your world, files and settings stay put.
Where are your servers located?
